In order for the keys to be passed from the seller to you, we have to wait for the title to be transferred. The title transfer is handled by the seller’s lawyer. He will notify the seller after the title has transferred (generally happens between 1:00 and 5:00 PM). As soon as the title has transferred, legally the house is yours and it will be ready for you to move in.
